Where exactly were you taking this? It looks like you are near to the fire house by the turn towards Art of Animation.

I though the same. Looked like heading east on LBV just past the Victory way intersection.

I think it was take from here. You can see the curb that splits the exit to factory way, and the left turn lane.

There's no way those balloons are at typhoon lagoon if that's where the picture was taken. More likely in those trees between Aruba and Barbados at CBR.

Why angry? I don't know if that is what they are for but there are plans for it. Also connecting the water way to Epcot from CBR but I don't think they need balloons for that because they said they were going under the roadway. The plan was for bigger buildings at CBR for the DVC so that would make sense if that is where they are.

But, why would they try to squeeze it in there? There's a large expansion area available next to Jamaica across from Trinidad

It's not supposed to be but I would guess they would still like to see how it will look height wise.
