Sorry, no pictures. But there are multiple height balloons this morning in the Epcot parking lot. From Epcot Center, Drive, it looks as though they are in the section directly where the monorail passes over. They are roughly half the height of spaceship Earth.

I heard that this is for monorail expansion. They will finally use the footings that are backstage in FW. As part of the expansion, they will also remove black areas on the Swan and Dolphin so the new monorail can go through both buildings.
