Most places offer a healthy option, or something that can be healthy with a bit of moderation. Salads have come up here and how the dressing can kill the healthy aspects, but you can also have a salad without the dressing (and places with Salsa allow you to have a healthy alternative). Since you specifically requested ASMu information, I will help you out a bit with what I think are decent options.
Breakfast: Vegetable Omelette without cheese and ask them to go light on any oils if they are using. Eggs are an excellent source of protein and will keep you moving throughout the day. Don't eat any of the potatoes or biscuits that might come with it.
Lunch:Taco Salad- Crazy as it might sound, it isn't bad IF you don't eat the shell or use sour cream and a large amount of cheese. I know that kind of defeats the purpose, but it is an option.
Create your own Salad-Probably can't get much better than that for you if you keep the ingredients under control.
Dinner: Baked Chicken/Roast Turkey/Grilled Salmon: Healthy on its own...just watch your sides.
There are plenty of good options out there, just watch what you eat and you will be fine. Enjoy it a bit though, you are on vacation.
