That sounded wonderful in the profit area. I do hope next one is just as good.:sohappy:I ordered subs for dinner - hopefully I can start cooking supper more now.
I spent the morning at the school wrapping up some last minute things - closed out the financial side of it this afternoon. We get to keep 60% of all sales if we take it in book/voucher profit - which is what our teacher wish lists go toward, as well as books for the library. This was our best year yet - we are walking away with around $2600 in books and vouchers! :sohappy::sohappy::sohappy:
Next book fair will be in February during Right to Read week. I hope it goes well also.

I honestly didn't know how we'd do given the current state of the economy, but it didn't seem to affect us....and what I really love is that most of our sales were BOOKS, not the silly little kits they send along and other useless stuff. The kids were getting books and then using any change they had for pencils,erasers, highlighters, etc.Oh they are getting smarter. :sohappy:Hi Jo. :kiss:

I had heard that people are spending in the local areas and sprugeing in little ways. Not on the big things.
