I am so tired tonight - it's raining out and making my very sleepy :snore:

I told Mike today that I could really use a break - an overnight kind of break, after the holidays. Abby, tbh, has been really stressing me, and I'm getting the brunt of it all - even Mike acknowledges that - so I'm seriously toying with an overnight thing to Disney. If I can get an early morning flight one day and a late afternoon/evening flight the next. Am I nuts?????

Um...nope!

Back from my last visit to Food & Wine. I didn't get to go as much as last year, which is kinda sad.

It was packed every time we went.
But I like the festive atmosphere.

THE ONE THEY OPENING AROUND HERE DOESN'T HAVE CINNASNACKS.
IT UPSETS ME.
Very much.
Really? I couldn't tell.
I take it I should try the cinnasnacks?

Connor said:
Did you flip out on them somehow?
Um, not really, well, kinda.
We were all acting crazy.
They didn't like us.
We think they spit in our drinks.
It didn't help that we went twice tonight.
:lookaroun

They're somewhat explosive.

Oh, you're such a BAMF.:p
Last time we went to a Sonic, we somehow ended up in an altercation with three workers regarding some kind of banana milkshake.

They're somewhat explosive.
Maybe I'll stick with the slushies.
But not the chocolate shakes.
They apparently explode in my car.

I am. :king:
(it was fun trying to explain that saying to my english teacher last year)

What was wrong with the milkshake? :lookaroun

They were weird.
Of course they thought weird and untrue things about us.

Connor said:
My drink was contaminated!

Maybe you should just stick to the olive garden.

Sounds entertaining.

We didn't want to order it.
They disagreed. :shrug::veryconfu

By mucus!
And maybe a little feces...

Too expensive.

Do you remember the exact conversation?
I'm laughing so hard over here.
That must've been a fun conversation.

Connor said:

Gah. Good point.
They were weird in a different way.

Connor said:

We went after polo.
I'm sure the horse helped out with the feces part. :lookaroun

McDonalds?

As fun as explaining why we don't say certain expression in polite company to a foreigner? :lookaroun

That must've been a fun conversation.
It started with ordering what we wanted, then some discussion at the window, then some extra people came over to the drivethru place, then people were out of the car and out of the window...

I guess the moral of the story is never leave an eatery staffed by teenaged girls alone without a manager being present.

Clearly, it's simply prone to being drawn into chaos.

McDonalds?
Not after watching Supersize Me.

Mmm, that might be a tad bit more fun.
Got a story to go along with that?

Anything including unsupervised teenaged girls will turn into chaos.

That's what being a horsey rider is all about!
