I find that when writing trip reports, it's best to demolish the bar set before you and raise your own.
My crown is a sombrero... :lookaroun
You should definitely take lots of pics, though. (Trust me, when I can't think of anything witty to caption with, I wish I knew how to use Photoshop. Hint, hint. )
Greetings - getting excited?Yay!
If I can help you with something...let me know!
Hi Fishy Ann!
Greetings - getting excited?
OH no - shingles can be very painful. Even if you have had chicken pox you can still catch them. Also Bell's Palsy comes from that same virus, so watch out for that too.um...
YES!!!
Lauren has Shingles. :dazzle:
But the doctor says she can still go.
She won't be contagious by then. You can't catch Shingles, but if you've never had chicken pox you can catch that from someone with Shingles.
hiding?Hey Dot, guess where I'll be the Sunday you're here.

Hello Mermaid.
With your girls?
I got Bell's Palsy 3 months before our wedding. There had been an outbreak of chicken pox at the school where I was working, which resulted in 2 of us teachers getting Bell's Palsy. It was not fun at all!You can ONLY get shingles if you've had chicken pox.
It comes from the dormant virus.
But you can't catch shingles from another person.
If you've never had chicken pox you can catch that from someone with Shingles.
Confusing...
I had Shingles a couple of years ago.
It's amazingly painful and the pain never completely goes away.
In my case, the pain I still get is not bad. But for some people it can be life altering.
I didn't know about the Bell's Palsy link.
I'll be aware of that.
Pis, Dot, PICS!!!!!!!!!!!Even better! I know, crazy! But there's is only one place that could be better than my usual spot. And this is the first time I've ever been scheduled to be with her!
