When my friends & I used to go out in Chicago, if we were getting hit on by annoying, jerky guys we'd start speaking in an accent and say we were Helga & Magdalena from "Uradich", Canada. :lol:

One of my friends always tries to use an alias when we go out, and make up crazy stories about who she is. I believe she has used the line that she's Hannah Montana's cousin (because she's from Ashland KY.) :rolleyes:

Yeah we were usually able to pull it off pretty good...unless we were out with other people and they busted us by laughing. :rolleyes:

I would so totally bust you :lol:

But I never ventured into the singles scene whatsoever - met Mike my freshman year of college. :o God knew I needed all the help I could get, so He gave me my guy right away. :animwink:

I'm with you, DW was my first real "girlfriend" I was single alot before that, but I guess I never did the singles scene. everytime I'd talk to a girl she'd say she was from some town in Canada, Ura something, I mean who wants a long distance relationship, I didn't!

How lucky you were. I admit it was fun for awhile, but it does lose its appeal quite quickly and really is just a pain in the hiney :rolleyes:
