He may have a google alert with his name or something. There are also many online clipping agencies -- I used one when I worked for a national radio personality. It alerts us to where and when his name was used on the Web.

Cool! I want to see pictures!

Speaking of last minute. i made DH's costume last night... It's pretty pitiful, but it'll have to do!
true...it's just kinda strange.

And I looked up on google and couldn't find the comment made. Because I thought of that already. :)

I think it's flattering, actually. It's not like he's some weirdo stalker. And it's good for the blog...you know, there are people who make their living blogging whose blogs started out as stuff that just friends knew about.

Hi, BTW!

Too...many...Anchorman...quotes...back....can't...choose...one....

I need some opinions

My DD, Sherri, was invited to a BD/Halloween party tonight from 6 to 10.
It is for her good friend or should I say BFF. DD is 12 yrs old.
Well I really don't know this girl or her parents.
I also don't know the neighborhood she lives in, apparently it isn't in our area. They are going trick or treating also.
Then going back to the house for cake and ice cream.
We hand out candy until 7 here and then close up because that is when the teens come out and I don't like handing out to the teens. (they can get wild at times)
We close the house up and turn out lights early on Halloween.
We would be driving late in a neighborhood we don't know.
I know I am being over protective but I just hate Halloween sometimes. to me it has gotten worse over the yrs and in this neighborhood I like being careful at night.:zipit:

Could you go a little early and check out the neighborhood and maybe meet her parents? That may make you feel better talking to them and getting the plan from them as well.

Edit- and I will take some pictures with my crappy camera tonight and on Saturday to post.

Thinking about that but (I know I am coming up with sooo many excuses not to let her go :o) Then I don't get the other two girls ready to do what they want either. DH takes them out to houses that we know here and I hand out the candy here.:lookaroun

So you haven't given Sherri an answer yet?

This is a tough call. I mean, at 12 you would let her sleep over a friends house, etc. It's probably just Halloween thats got you nervous. I would have a chat with the friends mom and find out how late she lets them Trick or Treat. Can't be too late, I would imagine, since they have to have time for cake.

OT - Mini Snickers = :dazzle:

Halloween is a dangerous time. Will the friend's parents be with them while they are trick-or-treating?

He probably has a clipping service then. It'll catch things google can't.

Good Lord, where do they find these people on Jerry Springer?

Not that I'm, um, watching Jerry Springer. :lookaroun
Are they throwing shoes yet?

I didn't realize that show was still on. I figured he moved on to "bigger and betteR" things with "America's Got Talent."

At our High School a mysterious phenomenon occurred....*Insert Twilight Zone Music*...whenever [no matter what time, what class or what day] the teacher would leave the room, someone would always turn on the TV and Jerry Springer would be on.

 No seriously I'm not kidding.
