I'm around for the next 20 minutes or so, then I have to go pick up my van....had to have some work done on it. Beautiful sunny day here, even if it's cold.

You know, I really don't care for their coffee. Way too strong for me. But their lattes, etc are what get me into trouble. Especially this time of year when it's getting chilly :dazzle:

You should have the option to change your plan anytime you have a child. (or get married, divorced, etc.) Those are the "life-changing events" that usually qualify you to re-enroll or change or whatever.

Yup. We're both basically ready. I'm 32, he's 33 so we're not exactly spring chickens either. Our "plan" is to stop...uh....preventing? And letting fate decide. :lookaroun Now if it's a couple years from now and fate is taking too long then we may nudge it along.

See...I love coffee...but never think about stopping to get any. I'm too cheap and not addicted totally...so...I think that's the combo for me.

The house should be done November 1. (I haven't seen it since returning from vacation.) We close and get the keys December 1.

Only one couple has been in to see our house...
The market wasn't bad when we made this decision, not here at least and definitely not for a house in our price range. But then the whole economy mess got worse and getting a loan got harder for everyone and now... it stinks.

Me too, the one by me is close but they are super slow so I always have to budget a lot of time to run over there.
