It would be cool if like "Christmas around the world" we got "Halloween around the world." It can include stuff like "El Dia de los Muertos" in Mexico. However, that's as far as my imagination and knowledge of other countries' customs goes :lookaroun

As previous people have already said...This is for the Disney Channel. It took place during Halloween (October '06). Just as during the summer ('06) it was called Disney Channel's So Hot Summer. It's just the promotional name Disney Channel used during the month, of which they showed Halloween themed shows and their Halloween movies.
