Look at the difference between the Phantom Manor lettering and the disney lettering. Even more so, look how different the "Coming 2002 to Walt Disney World" is, somebody just typed that part onto the picture.
This is just a promotional picture for the Phantom Manor in Disneyland Paris that somebody wrote on!
