You wouldn't BELIEVE the things guests try to get away with or get for free or expect the CMs at Front Desk/Concierge to do for them. Well, you would if you've ever been a Front Desk/Concierge CM, or anywhere in reservations I bet knows too. The stories I hear.... ridiculous.
I'm sure they are. However, none of those people are here. The way Disney is handling this is not perfect. No one here expects things to be up 24/7, and I'm sure as a CM it must be annoying when they do.
We (Lee, myself, a few others) are simply talking about the effect this is having on the parks right now, and how if they are going to continue taking E-tickets down for extended periods (as we hope they will!) that a bit of prevention is going to be worth a pound of manure later at Guest Relations.
Actually, we are on your side, LOL. We don't want people making complaints - that's why if Disney notched it up a bit in getting the word out about the big closures a lot of that can be prevented.
