Haunted Mansion - Insight?

Amid putting up some photos of the HM under tarps.. (note, they put brickwork on the columns).

I've got a couple of questions.. Like.. What's this?

I mean really.. what's going on down there?

I've heard about the efurb in general from several places.. Not sure who is right and who knows their stuff, but the consensus seems to be new scrim and audio, maybe leota, maybe a bride.. and even perhaps that stairway scene replacing one (not both) of the spiders.

Dunno. *shrug* I do know they've filed to rework the emergency lighting system...

Anyone out there know what's been blacked-out in the document? Seems like interesting stuff...

Details on this refurb have been sketchy. I usually have all the facts, but here there's nothing. While the SSE refurb has been completely disclosed, HM remains a mystery. I was originally told it was a general refurb that could be done by August 15th, now i have a feeling it may open after September 12th. The Mansion will be very different in the fall, that is for sure.

From the looks of that, the Haunted Mansion shop from the 80's may be reopening where it was before...in the dock house

And the lady on the right of the picture looks really embarrased, like she walked all the way up to the wall before realising that the HM was closed..

It's the old Mike Finn keel boats dock - one of the worst, most claustrophobic rides I've ever had the "pleasure" of riding.
