Once they put it it an actual date they general hit it.

Obviously examples of them not (Rivers of Light, Test Track, etc) but I don't see why they would have said late November and not have a differing update by now if it won't get met

30 years from now there will be YouTube documentaries about the hatbox ghost in the Florida mansion and the conspiracy surrounding whether or not he was actually there. People will claim they saw him and it will stir up an online uproar that Disney will then capitalize on with merchandise until they eventually decide to add him to the mansion for a major anniversary.

Maybe he'll materialize in the next 80 hours or so. Can't believe this project is taking so long. Missing Halloween was bad enough but if he's not ready by the 30th then it's just ridiculous. Maybe it could be a supply chain issue or something, who knows.
