Has France stopped offering breakfast at Epcot?

Last year we were on the dining plan and we had breakfast at Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie. It was great! This year's dining plan does not list the bakery for breakfast this year--just lunch and dinner. So does that mean the bakery does not offer breakfast at all or just for the dining plan people?

The restaurant opens before the rest of the WS. They started doing that when the new restaurant was completed.

Having them open early was one of the reasons I was hoping that breakfast was on the dining plan again this year. When you walk down to the "countries" you walk past Canada and United Kingdom and there is just hardly anyone around. I got some great pictures. Then walking back to the bakery was neat, too. We were actually the only ones walking through on that day. Others came after us but it still was pretty cool to see those countries without lots of people around, too.

There is a cast member standing beyond France to let you know that the park is closed from there. Also there was a cast member standing just past the bridge but was okay about us walking on to France for the bakery. There are no gift shops open before 11AM so we just strolled on back to Future World.

Well!! This sounds wonderful. We are always looking for someplace new for breakfast!
