Spent a lot of time in that area during the early afternoon in May but never saw him. 
I have to say, I wasn't actively looking though. I completely forgot that he was there until we got home.

I'm pretty sure the schedule for Remi is Noon to 6:00, so you should be fine.
I saw him back in early March at dinner - it was a big surprise. We just happened to try and get in at 5:00 without an ADR - got in and there all the sudden was someone going around with a cart, behold it was Remi. He disappeared right around 6 so we asked our waitress and she told us he's only around from 12-6, he's cut off at 6 as the dinning room gets to busy after that point to have room for him to tour around.

Hmm, maybe he wasn't out that time because when we were there two weeks ago, he was brought around to every table on a cart. You didn't have to actively look for him.
It was cool though and a big hit with the kids!

We had a lunch reservation for noon and he came out about 1230. As previously stated, he comes around on almost like a private dining/room service table - with a white table cloth and pushed by Armand. They were really cute and put on a little show of chatting with each other and visiting and mingling with guests in the restaurant. They come directly to each table like a character greeting. I have photos I can post.
I noticed the food wasn't as good as it's always been, though!!! We used to love that place and have been repeat guests many times. Now that they have Remy it seemed like the quality dropped.

Really? I thought the food was really good. I had the red snapper and it was delicious. And a lot of food! Two big pieces of fish. Two other people in our party had the beef short ribs which were very good too.
I love the atmosphere of the restuarant too. It is a beautiful place.

Great to see him out and about..and reletively 'easy' to find too ( thanks for posting the appearence schedule!).
I will be back in town in September, but sadly i heard he will be moving off-site to appear elsewhere ( another Park...overseas maybe? ) A shame i will just miss him mid-Sept.
I really love the 'Interactive Characters' and hope to see this become a staple attraction in the Parks, in various AA forms.

It used to be one of my favorites in WDW, but this past April I brought friends that had never been and it was a big disappointment. Maybe we caught it on an "off" day....because I have been there many times prior and LOVED it...and talked it up ...and I was almost feeling apologetic about it while we were there.
I think the WDW food quality has taken a dive
People have been talking about it a lot, but this past April trip was actually the first time I really noticed it and felt it for myself. Just my opinion now on what I experienced during that week.....But I am bummed about it.Lives4Disney
