Just go here, register and enter. You can enter once every day. However you can only win one time. My wife one a 2nd pin, but they said she was not eligible because someone at the same address had already won. But every time you \play you are entered in the drawing for the Disney Vacation.

I still play every day even though I won. It is kind of surprising seeing the 3 hats when most of the time you only see 2.
