Harry Potter train work maybe to start?

Actually, I'm not sure that doing a half-and-half train would work from a logistical standpoint.

It would work with a minimum of four cars, one designated for each park and two for park hoppers. Would this be the most efficient setup, capacity-wise? Not really, but this attraction lends itself to logistical problems no matter what you do.

I heard that you can ride With only one ticket but you can't get off, sorta like the MK railroad.

P.S it's great that Potter went vertical because it was beginning to look like transformers would open before potter even got steel in the ground Lol

Well, I figured Potter would have started going vertical before July 2013 LoL.. or is it November/December???? :)

It won't open much earlier than the rest of Diagon but they will want to work the logistics out on this thing before the insane crowds sow up.

If you have to have a park to park ticket to experience this attraction I will be very surprised, even if they do restructure/re-do how they push tickets (which seems very likely). Based on everything I've seen and heard, this will be open to all, but it will have a gate area at each end to sort out the two park guests and put the single park guests back in line for the return trip.

It's a great theming opportunity... a true train station ticket operation.

Exactly - I would imagine that they would have turnstiles connected to the opposite park in each queue.

So you would go through "IOA turnstiles" in USF, scanning your ticket like you would at some metro stations (in the UK), and you would go through "USF turnstiles" in IOA, doing the same thing!

Is the train attraction just going to be a tram with special screens serving as windows? or will it be an actual ride that gets you to the other side

It'll be both of what you describe. You'll actually move between the parks, but the view will be simulated.
