Steve, you know it's been a great year. I feel like I have gained new friends and a special place to visit to get me away from the daily "grind" I am quite sure that even though many dont say it, this website is a place where we can seek santuary and chat about the place that means so much to us all. On top of that you have given us the "chit chat" section which is where many of us have made real friends, who we feel extremely comfortalble with.

I personally will never forget the events of 11th September, and how I first heard about them (with a thread started by Disneyfreak) I sat here at my desk, and watched events unfold through the world and words of my friends on this forum. I tell people that I watched the events happening through a Disney forum, and people really can't understand me - a shame for them.

I know that got serious but I personally cant fully explain what this "cyber-place" means to me.

Steve you are doing a magnificent job, and please keep up the good work - really, THANKS.

And to all my friends out there - Best Wishes, Happy Holidays, and thanks.

I would like to think Steve for putting together the perfect site! I dont know how you put up with us, but you do a great job! I;ve made many freinds and a few close freinds on here! You guys hold a special place in my heart and will always be remembered!

Hello Everyone! I know I am new to the site, or at least posting to the site, but I already feel like this is a sanctuary of sorts as well....I can go to the parks whenever I want, and I usually do, but I am here more often lately. I would like to thank Steve as well, and Darren for showing me the site to begin with! You are all such interesting and kind people, so far as I can tell, and your threads in Chit Chat keep me laughing too! I can't wait to get to know you all better!

Happy Holidays to all of my forum children! I've gotten to know some of you better than others, and am always amazed at the extent of the challenges some of you are facing....one would never suspect it from your humorous and entertaining posts!

Even the posters who have managed to annoy and anger me (fortunately, few and far between...except for that one week a couple of months ago!) have diverted me from my day to day concerns. I think that this is the most important added benefit to this forum...we all learn something new about WDW and other parks, but also can make new friends, if we choose. I think of this as my own personal "Cheers"...sans alcohol! (except in the Premium Members Lounge )

I wish you all safe and happy holidays... be careful out there! We all need all the safe havens (like this one) we can find!!
