Hand Signal for smiling?

Quick question for any CMs: I know that Disney managers have some sort of hand signal or gesture to let CMs know that they need to smile, without blatantly just telling them to "smile" right in front of a guest. But I can't remember what that is. Can someone refresh my memory on that?

NO one knows the answer because there is no signal. They may approach you when no guests are around and quietly mention something you need to change...don't lean, hands out of pockets, costume issues. If you are grumpy onstage, that could result in a sit down chat in the office. But there is no handsignal.

That's unfortunate if it's true, but at the very least there used to be a hand signal. It was even mentioned here on a thread about a month or so ago (can't remember the thread though and it wasn't referred to as a hand signal, so searches haven't yielded anything). That's why I thought for sure someone here would know.
