All people really should check and see where they are posting. Some threads are difficult to determine where they go (the Where am I thread in Pictures where as it could be Trivia).
Also the new member threads should go to Chit Chat. Lots seem to go to General Discussion. I understand that. Those people are new and most learn from their mistakes. I recently commented on someone's posting style. I was critizied for it, and settled my issues with that person. His posting style has already improved.
Then there are threads like this one that are so obvious that they do not belong in the forum they were posted in.
Brer Bear, you've started several threads (this one, Sea World & Busch Gardens, Wonder Works, Who has the ?????? that wasn't moved yet probally should have, help me please, amusement park) in the wrong area. I would think that you should know where to post by now, but it seems you don't even try. You've said you learned your lesson before, yet you keep repeating your mistakes.
Your first thread about moving to Orlando was replied to at first because it was in the wrong thread. You got hostile in your responses.
I'm sorry you consider this flaming, but I think it's just pointing out a repeated history.
Fievel's first reply was that of concern for Steve and for the site in general. He just pointed out that this thread wasn't in the right forum.
Steve has descriptions about what each forum should be about. Once that forum is open, there is a reminder to post in the correct one.
Keeping threads where they belong helps keep other misplaced threads from appearing. I've pointed out to people that threads belong in better places and not in the forum posted.
