Yeah, it most likely is. I'm sure the ponchos in the parks say 'disney parks'.

I'm loving the cups and napkins at MK. Halloween is my favorite holiday, and I love to see them getting into the 'spirit' of things with every little detail. :sohappy:

They started putting those and the cups out a few days before the first Halloween party when we there. They had them at the Studios too. I saved a few and saved a cup too.. :lol: They are pretty cute!
