Halloween decorations to be installed on Aug 29 at the Magic Kingdom

They are out at the Halloween party. This is actually the only time you can get a picture with all of them. Though be prepared to wait in line as they're wildly popular!

You Floridians don't know how good you have it. I'll take 90+ degrees 365 days a year.

FOR REAL! Any of them are welcome to swap homes with me from September through March.

I need to live somewhere where I don't have to dig up my banana trees every Fall and pot them and bring them inside.

Once again those who dislike the timing of the decorations forget that for most guests they may only get 1 or 2 chances to see the park decorated. I for one am glad that I will get to see them this year.

Now some real world info. I have been in retail management for 15 years. Halloween gets set as soon as back to school is cleared away, normally the Saturday after labor day. Christmas must be set up November 1st. People complain that it gets earlier every year, but in my 15 years and 3 different employers, it has always been the same.

All of my Halloween candy is out on display, though not in its final location, and in 2 weeks you'll be able to buy a costume.

So Disney is actually right on time.
