Pre-Trip Halloween, a birthday and Christmas! The ever-changing planning of our November 2014 trip!

Hello everyone!

This is a spur of the moment thing since I've never done a trip report before, much less a pre-trip report! But some of you guys seems so nice that I finally decided to bit the bullet and start my PTR.

We went to Disney this past February and on our last day, after much crying and wishing I could just say screw the world, I'm moving to my room on POFQ permanently, we decided that we'd be coming back ASAP. As we set there waiting for the shuttle to take us to the airport I already had my phone calendar opened and we're looking around dates. Would we want to come back in February? Could we afford a trip as big as this one knowing we had a trip to Italy planned for the end of the year already? After much talking (we did have a 11 hour plane ride home after all!) we decided on November 2014. Over 600 days away! Both the MNSSHP and MVMCP played a big part on our decision and after we finally set on our dates we finally could breathe a bit better, we're coming back to our second home!

Oh, I'm sorry you had to cancel your trip, I hope everything is alright with you and your family.

We're actually planning a visit to DL in October next year, as part of our "West Coast Adventure". Are you making a TR for that? I'd love to read it!

No Disney planning can be boring! I was apprehensive before starting mine thinking no one would read it but sharing my plans makes me happy and that's what it's all about. Even if you just post a few lines every other week it'll be a great trip report!

My little baby passed away today and even though I knew the end was near and he's pain-free now I'm devastated. He's been with us for 12 years and was part of our family.

This trip can't get here fast enough, I need some happy memories right now.

This weekend will head down to the beach to spread my dog's ashes on the water. It hurts to think about him still, I keep forgetting he's gone and wondering why he's not barking at the door whenever the bell rings. I know it'll get better with time though, I just miss him too much right now.

In planning news we just hit the big 4-0!! Whoa, did that sneak up on me or what? It's getting close and when we get back from the beach we'll probably start packing the basics.

There's no way to keep calm now! Time to get our luggage out of storage, give the schedule to the house sitter and give my vacation notice to my boss! He knows I'll be out for a month and he's freaking out a little, but hey, I earned those vacation days fair and square!

I keep seeing pictures from MNSSHP and I'm SO excited about going on Halloween night! Since we have the Soiree booked and my main focus are the villains e won't bother with many character meeting lines, we'll probably skip the 7 Dwarfs because we're also going to MVMCP, so we'll just have to meet Donald and Daisy, Jack Sparrow and Mickey, which will give us plenty of time to trick or treat and enjoying the shows around the park. Seeing Madame Leota is high on top of my list!

I'll have to take a picture of my costume, but I'm Disneybouding as Minnie. I know, it's boring but I realized I really don't want to be bothered with elaborated costumes. Plus Minnie wear leggings which will be great if it's cold that day!
