I can not believe people give kids "toys" that KILL people! There GUNS, it doesnt matter if there not real. Children dont realize that toy guns dont kill people and real ones do. The City of Toronto Police Service created a programme where kids trade in toy guns for Goody Bags with toys appropriate for children. Maybe other cities could take our lead in an effort to give children good toys........

It is truly a sad day in America when we are more concerned about toy guns than the real ones......I am really getting sick and tired having to "adjust" my thoughts and feelings to fit the politically correct ideas that are now "ascceptable" in America today. Are we becoming entrenched in a sociaty where we think we are free and are really not?!?!?

Oh and 'toy' landmines, kids can burry them in their sand boxes, thats OK there not "real", just pretend. And while were at lets give our children 'toy' snipers its alright they wont really kill people with them, its just playing...

The fact is that America (and Canada) are democracies and market economies. If you don't like the guns, don't buy them. If enough people agree with you, Disney will stop selling them cause its not cost effective. The United States has done pretty well with our system of government and economic models (they are flawed, but in the real world it doesn't get much better). Sometimes I think people forget that the majority rule. If this thread is any indication, then the majority would clearly have Disney sell the guns.

I am not saying alter your past, it happened, you have to live with it. But is this what you want for your children? I can not believe people give kids "toys" that KILL people! You know, thousands times more people are killed each year by careless drivers than by people with guns. Should we get rid of toy cars too?
