If you look at Adam the Woo. He admitted to being 100% at fault. Never once expected for Disney to say sorry.

Yeah, that one surprised me.
Guess that goes to show you just what a well-written request from an attorney sent through the proper channels can get you.

It does make you wonder what Disney's thinking was there. Either the money from an extra annual passholder was too much to pass up, or their social media guys thought it would play well. Part of me suspects they knew that by reversing Adam's ban, it would put the original ban back into the Disney-fan-blogosphere news cycle again, reinforcing the deterrent effect of the original ban.

He still got an annual to Disneyland, and did several videos from there.

Disney isn't in the biz to be the bad guy. They just want problem people to go away and once they've cooled off they'll let you play again. Adam isn't a special case.. just a visible one.

Help out an old man here would you? What the hell does that mean? Is there a word missing that makes it understandable that doesn't fall under the "you know what" area?
There is a word missing that could also mean a long-handled gardening tool with a thin metal blade, used mainly for weeding and breaking up soil and rhymes with Moe.;)

OK, that makes sense. I'm afraid that there are way to many words in the english language that could have fit in there. I understand now... thanks.

Wait, so how WOULD it ever make its way to a jury?
Neither the US nor Florida Constitutions provide for a right to a jury trial to appeal a trespass warning on private land.

1. Kiss my . Not because of your reply - but because you made me dig out my book on Florida Civil Procedure.

2. By being pedantic (seriously, this isn't reddit - keep it there), you failed to see the larger point in my post, that Disney is a 200 lb gorilla in Florida's courts.

What does Reddit have to do with any of this?
