I believe that rider swap is available, as long as the user has a boarding group. But I've never used it myself.Question regarding the virtual queue. Do they allow rider switch? My husband and I will be in Epcot next Wednesday. We have two kids who will not be riding. I have not decided yet if we will try to join the virtual queue or just purchase ILL so we can chose our time. I feel like us taking turns using the virtual queue will eat up a lot of time. Are we able to use rider swap for this ride? No big deal if not, just weighing out all our options.
Understandable opinion considering your line of work!1 year ago today, Remy's Ratatouille Adventure switched from VQ to standby. Announced Jan 6th, 2022, 4 days beforehand.
It's time for Cosmic Rewind to do the same.
We don't mind it either. We have been fortunate enough to always get the VQ since opening. Also, I like how for the most part while using the VQ the majority of the queue is contained within the building. I recall when I attended AP preview, the line wound out the building for a bit on our date.I feel like the only person who likes the VQ.
Even when I had a group number in the 90s in the mid afternoon the line wasn't outside and ran really smoothly. We don't mind it either.
