It’s the lowest tier Annual Pass option, however I’m not sure why rioriz said they can’t get in until 2pm. The Pixie Dust Pass doesn’t allow you to visit on weekends, however during the week (unless it’s a blockout date) you can visit any time you want as long as you have a reservation
