I was able to snag 2 as well. Took having 2 browsers and a phone to get in. The browser I wound up getting in with joined the queue a little over an hour prior so not sure how random it truly was.

How is this different? The spinning of Mission: SPACE is programmed. Space Ranger Spin is user controlled but still controlled. Would Space Ranger Spin no longer “spin” f it became preprogrammed instead of user controlled?
No, it has nothing to do with how the motion is controlled, it’s just that spinning is a specific kind of turning that involves a quick and/or repeated rotation, which this probably won’t do. You wouldn’t say Forbidden Journey or Runaway Railway or Journey Into Imagination have spinning, neither do their warning signs, because they don’t. I could be wrong about Cosmic Rewind but I don’t think it will actually spin much if at all.

Perhaps rotates would be more appropriate than spins
I didn’t mean to get caught up on a word, but for people prone to motion sickness it’s a very important difference.

They look approximately 1/3 fast food employee, 1/3 hospital worker, and 1/3 military. I’d be curious to know anything about why they went with this design.
It's the same reason practically every piece of cast wardrobe looks like this anymore. It's nearly impossible to design something that is one-size-fits-all, both literally and stylistically. If they were making more bespoke items for different body types, the result might be better, but I'm sure they don't want to deal with the expense.

They also seem to be leaning into comfort over crispness, which I don't necessarily like the look of, but whatevs.

And ease of cleaning/stain resistance.

I was kind of happy they got attraction specific uniforms at all. It seems like they've been eliminating them recently in favor of generic ones that are used across multiple locations.

With that said, I agree that these aren't very good.

Nothing left in the budget. 450 mil just doesn't go as far as it used to.
I was doing some back of the envelope math on this. Figure this’ll be an ILL attraction within a few months of opening.

I ran the numbers for ROTR. That puts through about 1,500 an hour. Let’s assume it’s open 12 hours a day. That’s 18,000 guests. Let’s assume 20% are set aside for ILL, at $15 a pop. 3,600 purchases * $15 = $54,000. Per day.
