Grrr...can't link

I've been trying to link my resort reservation to complete my dining reservations for the last 45 minutes. I was able to book dinner at Boatwright's for the first night (we will likely be getting in around 4:30pm and are planning a quiet evening before we "hit the ground running" on Saturday) but anything after that says I need to confirm reservation - then it says it can't link to call. I have 12 minutes before I can call and I just thought I would vent to people who understand. I'll have a second cup of coffee and wait.

I called at 7am and was able to get all the reservation I planned now I am fighting with the system to have them show on the account?? This is a crazy system - it never seems to work right. I wish (as I know you all do also) that they would fix their system. It's not like the vacations we book are on the cheap side - and the online system is not so magical.

Good idea - I just might do that also. I think I'll compose a carefully worded email to express how awful working with their system is - after all they ask for feedback on the phone system every time you call - I know why they don't with the internet system - they would be blasted with negativity.

I am sorry you had to go through this. Honestly, this happens to me all the time. After the "upgrade" my acct is all wacka doodle and no one can see why. I end up calling most of the time.
