so we are like done with the first phrase of construction.Enles somebody has a idea for a third hotel. The hotels sound great. know lets move on and start phrase 2 soon. We can start be brain stormming theme park ideas.

I had an idea for a marine type park. It would be a mix between a regular theme park a adventure park (like sead world) with some water park attractions. it would also incude a marina and a dock were the cruise could stop and last but not least a hotel with a park entrence.I was thinking the working name could be something like Disney's Nautical Kingdom.

any body else have ideas for a theme

I was thinking of something called International Island. It would be made up of various islands representing different countries. Think Disney Seas meets World Showcase meets IOA.

So we have two theme ideas,mine and S.I.R's.

How about we put both of the ideas for the parks together like they did with epcot. in the front half of the park could have theme lands to water and the scound part of the park could have theme lands like australia and the polinision each representing a diffrent ocean of the world.

if we can't decide what theme to do and you don't like the idea of putting both themes together then i will make a poll thread which will let people vote the theme they like better.

and remember if a theme for a hotel or a theme park or anything else dosn't get used at the time we still might use them later if nobody has ideas

I was thinking we should have a world showcase but it should represent the 7 continents: Europe, North+South America, Asia, Australia, Africa and Antarctica!

Eh... I dont know if we want a WORLD SHOWCASE RESORT and a WORLD SHOWCASE PARK. I don't think it would be a good idea. You can express just as much in a Resort as you can in a park, sometimes even more. We could, however, in Phase 4 or sumthin, add an Antartic or Oceanic area to the hotel. It's just that you shouldn't have two things almost identical with two different purposes. Just a thought.

I guess you're right!

How about building a park like IOA (high tech and thrilling) except we theme this one more and there will be enough family attractions! I would really like Disney to think of teens when they think family!

Again, this is just a thought so tell me what you think! :animwink:

Hm...a real thrill park....family? Actually, thats just what they try to make you think, really its only for teens and adults, little kids dont like really tall, fast, jerky rides. I am 13 and I would LOVE for Disney to build a thrill park. They could do a lot with one. It's a good idea.

Guys we need to decide on what the park theme is going to be. we should get started ASAP. Personally i think we should do my park theme. But hay thats just me.

I like the idea but I wouldn't want the park to have cheap water park slides...

I like it this way : Sea World meets Disney Seas meets IoA! (without typhoon lagoon)

I just joined other wise I would have been in this project all the way. If I could make a few suggestions though...(Positive Critique)

1) Would someone please summerize phase 1

2) If it were me and I wanted a lot of people to come to my resort I would build it near Chicago or something, that way you would have the 3 main areas of the US (Main visitor section) covered (Southwest, Southeast, Midwest)

3) I think the World Showcase Hotel is cool, but I would scrath it for a whole park on the countries (Bigger with more attractions and countries) because then people who are staying anywhere could go to it, not just the people staying at the hotel

4) I think you should have about 4 or possibly 5 parks (Magic Kingdom (Done), World SHowcase Park, Seas/Thrill, MGM, and maybe Animal Kingdom) but that's just me

5) You need more than just 3 hotels per park, IMO

As, for your ideas/questions:

Phase 1: MK + 3 themed hotels

As for chicago, i don't know what plans are but I was thinking outside the U.S, 2 resorts is enough IMO....

World Showcase: I guess you're right and I would like it as a park but we have continued and and plans for phase 2 are in progress (stay tuned for my ideas)

I don't know how many parks are planned... But I guess we could reach 4-5 parks!

3 hotels is phase 1... More WILL come!

The park is going to be like Disney Sea meets IOA meets Sea World with some water park attractions. The water slides and stuff are going to be desquised really well.


Since most people like it i think we can start working on the park.

Here are my land ideas:

Mysterious Island
Atlantis
Mediteranian Habor
Discovery Bay
Austrailian coast
water beastly kingdom-with subland Mermaid Lagoon(needs a name)
Aquatic care center(needs a name)


If you guys don't like one of the lands and have a better land idea tell use.

The water beastly kingdom is going to be around legends and myths of the water like the loch ness monster and posadian. I don't know if you would call them villians. that's just my opinion if they like it we can use it.

BTW before we start to get realy started i want to make two little changes first i would like to add that new coaster that's comming to disney sea to adventureland and second i would like to move that atlantis ride that we have in fantasyland to the atlantis land in the new park we are starting to work on.

I'm OK with the Atlantis move. It would probably work better in a water themed park.
