Hiya guys and gals!

I'm going to the world on september 3rd for 2 weeks, and was wondering if any of the restutrants are able to put a group of 10 people on one table.

Ive called wdw dine and they said for me to give them a name of the restuarant and they'll see what they can do, but i know there is LOADS of places to eat, and it would take hours asking about all of them.

Ive booked the WL WCC, but they were only able to give me 2 large tables.

So i was wondering if anyone else has gone as a large group and been able to get everyone on the same table?

Thanks for you time!! :D

That can be done through the regular reservation service at times. Some locations are also better able to handle this than others.

I would suggest you register for a magical gathering. In addition to having access to special events for your group, they also have a special number for making your larger group reservations.

It depends on the restaurant - some of them don't have the room for that large of a table or the ability to put enough tables together for 10 people.

Those that can will want to seat you either when they first open for a meal or at the end.

If you are attending any of the all you can eat buffets, its actually easier to have multiple tables so that you have room to get in and out for the buffet - or to get to and see the characters.

We traveled with 9 people (5 kids) and were sat together at one table at the WCC , Chef Mickeys and the Hoop Dee Do Review; all other places we had to split up, but were close together.

I'm not sure from your post if you are calling regular dining or group dining. Here is the group dining number: 407-939-7707.

I could not get an adr at the Hoop de Doo for a party of 8 at one table by calling regular dining....but when I called group dining they said it was no problem. Wouldn't hurt to give it a try.

Hey WWE Princess. . .

Not sure if you resolved your problem yet, but I have a little bit of information to share with you. My family are DVC owners and with everyone combining their points together we have gone down to the world with as much as 18 people some trips. 8 of them, being my nieces and nephews under the age of 9.

We've "Grand Gathered" ourselves maybe one or two times and we had IMO a slight bit of an easier time with reservations and seating arrangements but the two things Ive learned when calling Dinning is call at an "off time" and if someone cant help you, politley hang up and call again.

The two best places which have accomodated us were Chef Mickeys. . .
We always opt for the LAST seating, with less dinners the characters are able to spend more time with you and since there is a large ammount of people its nice to see each child get to have their own special moment.

Hoop de Doo Revue. . .
We go to the 7:15 showing and have either Catogory 1 or 2 seating. They are able to make larger tables on the main floor and if they cant fit you all they will give you two tables right next to eah other.
