OK I wanted to cry when I saw the Horizons pic. I have never seen any photos of it being demolished until now.

I know his wife!

I couldn't believe it when I was looking around that great website and recognized his wife! I had the great pleasure of meeting her at Epcot last year!

Wow! What a (insert title of that attraction we all know, but when we here the name the song starts playing in our heads and will not leave - here)!

What cool pics!

Wow. That is a great site. And I too had never seen Horizon's during it's demololition stage. Wow. I can't believe how they just destroyed it in front of everyone. Sheesh.

Yeah, that's pretty much gone down as the most visible deconstruction in disney history. I'm not sure what more they could have done short of building a 75 foot wall in front of it.

Not impossible with scaffolding I would think.

It must have been! How long did things look that way? I mean, if it was for a couple days, eh....bad but not so much. If it went on for weeks and months, well, sheesh, that is kinda bad to subject guests to it. While I always want to see what's behind the curtain, most people don't.

I was looking at the picture in the first post and was thinking how cool it would've been if the monorail had somehow gone through SSE. Cool, but very expensive!

Anyhoo, thanks for the links
