Grad Nites

I've never been during grad nites - to be honest don't know too much about them but.... I just notice for our upcoming May 2011 trip that we end up having two grad nites during that time - From what I've read they currently take place at the MK.

How early does the MK close on those nights and is there any crowd increase on those days - I can't imagine there would be since it's an
after hours thing.

I think it will be okay. Just plan your schedule appropriately. There are drawbacks to whenever you go. Make the best of your trip and have a great time!

Wow thats not what I wanted to hear!
We were planning on doing 2 days at universal - which is going to cut into our time. Now this. Well we rent a car so that covers the tranportation issues, I guess we're hitting some other parks that night. I guess we have been lucky and have missed this nightmare in the past.
Thanks - anyone else have any experience with grad nights?
