Welcome to WDW! What exactly is the Disney parks 6 pack?
It's the new Disney Parks 6 pack from Questar. It comes with 6 dvds of specials that were seen on the travel channel I believe. The DVD's that come in the pack are: Walt Disney World Resort:Behind the Scenes, Disneyland Resort:Behind the Scenes, Ultimate Walt Disney World, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Disney Cruise Line, and Undiscovered Disney Parks. It doesn't sound like Hollywood Studios or Epcot is featured but I"m sure they are talked about somewhere in the several hours of DVD. Also it says they have 10 special features which are What's new in the Haunted Mansion, Virtual ride on the Disney Dream Aqua Duck, King Arthur Carousel, Goofy's Barnstormer, Catastrophe Canyon & more!

I don't know about anyone else, but I saw this as a huge sale pitch commercial where all Billy Mays did was yell the Billy Mays yell from heaven and really made me want this. And you know what...? I didn't mind.

I don't know how much you paid for it, but I bought the 6pack through amazon for half off---its normally $49.99, and I got it for $24.99. Might be worth looking into! Just got mine the other day, but I haven't opened it yet---can't wait to see all the extra features!

Thanks for the link, Coolmark18! I may just pick this up as a Father's Day gift for my dad since my parent's are headed to WDW in September with us. I think they will love it.
Yeah there is a blu-ray it has significantly less footage though for some reaason. There is also a one disc version, though I'm not sure which special is on the one disc. Also yes I did pay half at best buy, it was on sale for the release week, it was 24.99 but I also had some best buy gift certificates so..... got it on the cheap

I got that same DVD for 18.99 at Sams Club before it even hit the markets.

I rented the first 2 discs and I can honestly say I am so happy I didn't waste money on it and purchase it. If you have seen any Travel Channel special about Disney, you have seen what's on these dvd's a thousand times.
The same goofy sounding narrator, same interviews with people who are obviously told to say over the top answers and the same vague walk-through s of the rides/attractions. Maybe some will love it but it definitely wasn't worth a purchase, rent them on Netflix.

It's the water-coaster type water slide that will be located on deck on the upcoming Disney Dream cruise ship.
