I was told that transportation is one of the smallest groups and that when the person I asked did it, he said there were only 12 CPs. Is that true?

Well, there were only 6 CPs in Watercraft last Fall. I think there were like 12 in Monorail.

Thank you! Do you work with Pam Evitts or Jeff Martin? A friend of mine who did Monorails CP a few years ago e-mailed them to give them my name, so hopefully that will help getting into Monorails. He also said there is one day that Monorails get a chance to drive Water Craft and vice versa.

I work under Collin Garton and Kristen Lehrer.

No matter where they place you, you've won. Like I said, MonoCraft is the best role there is for CP's.
