I want to apologize , to anyone I may have offended with my reply's. I'm new here, and didn't understand that I didn't need to reply to every e-mail. In fact, I'm new to the whole blog thing.
Not to beat "a dead horse" here, but I have to tell everyone, that may have understood me the "pear before swine", was not directed to anyone on this forum. Disney was the "pearl" and people who don't respect what they stood for, (as in drunks, and poorly dressed, as in not child friendly, were the swine. Perhaps that is too strong language, as I said, I'm 66 and maybe in the 19th century, as I have been alive, for 8 century's. I'm hope you can forgive me.

First choose what category tou'd like to start a thread in. You can do this by clicking "Forums" towards the top of the page. You'll see a list of topics, so pick what would be the appropriate place. Then on the right side you'll see a button that says Post New Thread. Click that then start your thread and title it.

No, it's 6 decades. I'm not too far behind you - it's nice here in the tar pits.

Thank you for the information, I may need reminding as my mother and 2 of her sister's had Alzheimer's. I could be trending this way.....no sympathy, just the facts.

My 94 year old mom has it too.
I'm sorry you are dealing with this, our youngest in our family was in her late 60's....So I'm getting really scared. And trying new things...internet blogging...if that's the term.....
sorry, to all if I made a mess of things....I'll try to do better, and not hurt anyone's feelings.

I'd just like to say that implying that 66 is "old" is highly offensive to me. It may be true, but, it just sounds awful. ;)

This is what it's like to be 66... Last week I gave blood, been doing that for years. Since then I have had this bright blue/purple blotch on my forearm that is easily 6 inches long and 6 inches wide wrapping around elbow to elbow. It is really ruining my image of beauty. AND I woke up this morning with my lower back hurting so much I could hardly stand up. Every time I sit for awhile (like right now) when I get up it's like I have to learn how to walk all over again. I am not amused!

By the way, betty rose... It isn't necessary to quote yourself to say something. Just scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see a space there to put in a message. Type it in, post it and there it is.

No worries, everyone was once new.

Just a tip - this is not a blog, this is a forum, or web forum.

A forum is where there are "folders" or "areas" for different subjects. People are free to start new discussions (or "threads") in those areas and others are free to answer as they see fit (within the rules of the moderators and site admin) .

A blog (or web log) is written by one person (or a hand full of people) who decide on the content to be posted. People can read the content and make comments, but the general user base does not post or create new content.

In case nobody has said it yet - welcome aboard!
