Any favorites. I'm thinking Olivias at OKW but we tend to always do that so I wanted to try some thing new. We are a breakfast family, lol poptarts in the room is not going to work with my crew.

I like The Wave at the Contemporary. It has both a buffet and a menu. So you don't have to pay buffet prices for someone who really only wants pancakes and a coffee. But those who want the whole buffet experience can go for it.

Best thing is, if you go a little later, after the early rush (9:15 ish) you can often get a walk up.

Resort or park? We love Whispering Canyons at Wilderness Lodge, mainly because of the all you can eat skillet - eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy. I think it's $16 per person. While not a character dining experience, the servers are a hoot.

Kona Cafe at Poly, the aforementioned Whispering Canyons, along with Geyser Point, Grand Floridian Cafe (seasonal pancakes and lobster eggs Benedict :hungry:), anywhere on the Boardwalk. I gather you want TS restaurants? I hear the beignets at POFQ are outstanding.

The Wave, Kona, Whispering Canyon...and as far as counter service goes, it's not in a resort but Wolfgang Puck Express is awesome.

EDIT - I did forget about Trail's End. It's very good too and if you're relying on Disney transportation, it affords you a chance to go to MK and boat to FW in case you need that one last glance at MK.

Kona Cafe for their pineapple macadamia pancakes :hungry: We had more quick service breakfast this trip and I was shocked at the generous portion sizes for the waffles at Sleepy Hollow in MK and the breakfast burrito at Yak and Yeti Local Foods Cafe in AK. I'll definitely go back to Yak and Yeti quick service for that breakfast burrito.

We love it for the same reasons

Fresh Mediterranean Market at the Dolphin. You can order table service or get the buffet. Great omelet station, fresh squeezed juices, Mickey waffles, etc. and if I recall, it's not on the dining plan so easier to get a reservation and not very crowded. Convenient to get to either DHS or Epcot after your breakfast.
