Going in September!

Greetings! I'm new to the message boards and just wanted to give a little run down of everything Disney that's going on for me! My husband and I are going on our honeymoon in September. 3 nights at Disney World and 4 nights on the Disney cruise! SO EXCITED! Hopping online EARLY on Sunday to make reservations for Cinderella's Royal Table for breakfast! I'm especially interested in hearing about what kind of construction we'll run into in Fantasyland in September (last time I was there in 2006 they were taking all of the gold adornments off of the castle, and so I have a big crane in all of my pics! :-( ) Also wondering what thoughts are on upgrading from the dining plan to the deluxe dining plan (specifically, is it worth it?). There are just so many restaurants I want to try, but I'm not sure if it's better to just scale back!

If you plan on doing quite a bit of TS dining especially Signature dining then it can save you a good bit of cash but the only way to know for sure is to run the numbers.

I can't think of any place better to Honeymoom. Congrats to you and hope you have a great trip.

I have have never done the Signature dining plan, so I can't comment on its value, but we did utilize the regular dining plan during our trip last September and I have to say I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed having it. For me, it was a matter of convenience more than anything else. It was wonderful having everything paid for up front and not having to worry about carrying cash or paying off a big credit card bill when we got home from vaca.

Yup, we went to Disneyworld on our honeymoon too! Unforgettable! I had been a bunch of times before that, but it was completely different without your family there and going with just your wife. Now, I got her hooked and we're both Disney lovers. Enjoy!:sohappy:
