Infact When I was about 5 years old my oldest brother used to have a Black sabath Album and I was terrified of it,My mother made him keep it in his room,cause on the front of the album it had a woman in a black dress with a green face. I don`t know why I was terrified of it I loved The witch in wizard of oz but for some reason I would look at the album it would give me the creeps and I would scream out in terror! LOL! LOL Was it the album that flipped open w/ the chick in a coffin? My friends dad has that one. A while back we were stealing them and listening to them on a record player I have. I would have loved to have that. He's also got the soundtrack for Star Wars: A New Hope on vinyl.
I tried oh so hard to get my hands on those but no luck.

Yep...Jake's trying just a little too hard. I think the fact that Britney flipped off a camera doesn't change the opinions of 99% of the folks around here of her. I mean, if you like her, you can overlook it; if you don't like her, you can dislike her even more for it; and if (like me) you really don't care much about her one way or the other....well, you still just don't care.
Oh, really? i was unaware that I was doing this! What view am I trying to push? That I like Britney among many other artists spread thruout countless genres? If that hurts my credibility in your eyes then you are very small-minded.
The point in posting those news stories was for a variety of reasons. The main one being to show you she is human, has a bad side, is not perfect and that I'm not afraid to admit it. Since all of you seem to think I'm a mindless crowd-follower who places her upon a pedestal and claims her god*. I'm not and I don't.
I love her as a person, mainly because I've met her numerous times, unlike you, and know that she is a person, is very down to earth, and is nicer then most people I've ever met. I can tell a fake from a true disposition and hers is genuine. I also love her as an artist. To me her music is awesome, and even more so now that she's writing it. I love her voice also, it's unique and unlike any other artist out there.
The sad thing here is that since I have a different taste then you, you feel the need to bash both me and my music in order to (I guess) make yourselves feel better. Again, I point out the fact that I have yet to bash any of you or your musical tastes. I realize that due to the amazing design of the human mind, everyone in the world is going to have a different taste in everything then the next person. You, however, don't seem to get it (Although a few have had open enough minds to realize that not everyone has the same tastes as them, and for that I thank them).
Tramp: That's the second Britney avatar of mine you've done that to and I still think it's funny. :lol: It's good to see someone here has a sense of humor. Hats off to Tramp, you're a great person.
As far as I'm concerned, I'm done with this thread. It is my truest hope that Steve closes it as it's done nothing but bring grief, much like the last one I started about her with the virtural concert (Which, might I remind you, I was asked by several members to post more pictures. I was only giving what was asked, but you felt the need to tear me down there too.) I wish you luck in expanding your minds enough to get the fact through your head that not everyone is like you, thinks like you, likes what you do, or does what you do. I hope this doesn't affect our friendships. But if it does, so be it. Life goes on.
So, that said, I'm leaving this thread.

I just don't understand why you insist on constantly ranting and speaking for someone who doesn't even know you or care about you, OR for someone YOU don't even know. I'd be willing to bet that she doesn't give a damn whether or not you say anything positive about her.
It's pretty apparent that not too many people around this DISNEY board care anything about her. Yet, someone writes a one line response and you come back with three paragraphs about how they're wrong EVERYTIME.
Stop contradicting yourself. You can't tell a person that their opinion is wrong and then, in the next breath, tell them they can have their own opinion. If you truly beleive that, then LET THEM HAVE ONE and just leave it alone.

Ok, so I'm back again.
I never said their opinion was wrong. I'm the one saying that they can like what they want because I realize everyone has different tastes. They are the ones cutting me down, which I don't appriciate at all, and telling me I shouldn't listen to Britney. Oh, yes. every concert of hers I've been to, except for maybe two I think, I've had a backstage pass, to meet her. Every time, I've given her a teddy bear (She collects 'em). This last concert I went to, on June 21, I walked up to her with the bear and she was like "Oh, you again?" and then laughed. So, yeah... I do know her the best a "fan" most likely could. I know that she is a great person and is fun to be around. She just puts off an air of "nice-ness". My main problem with them is how they cut me up for my tastes, whereas I've yet to cut them up, and then they cut Britney up, WHO THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW. I just don't seem to be able to grasp how you can hate someone you've never met or gotten to know. Ok, I'm done now. Good-bye, I mean it this time! :lol: -Jake

No one here really cares that she is a human being or not. These stories aren't going to change anyone's minds.
I'm guessing a lot of the members that were asking for more pictures are like me. She looks good and I don't mind seeing more pictures of her looking like a little tramp (sorry tramp, but i didn't want to spell out what she acts like on stage).
I bet she was saying "great another stalker" on the inside.
I realize you're only 15, but I'm worried about you. This seems like it started as a crush, but it's gotten out of hand. It appears you are so obsessed about Britney that if someone says something about her, they say it about you.

You are missing the point here, tho; most of the people around here really don't give a damn what kind of music you're into. You seem to confuse the very differences of opinion you're always saying you believe in with personal attacks. You've been continually playing the victim role with all the "why are you cutting me down?" posts, when in fact, very few if any people here have done that. I'm pretty sure if you go back and read most of the things you've reacted to, you would see that they are not personal attacks against you or your girl. You don't need to justify your musical tastes or explain Britney's behavior or "prove" that you're not a mindless clone to anyone here, because the vast majority of us just DO NOT CARE, dude.
You like her music...we don't. That is the EXTENT of the disagreement; it requires no analysis, explanation, or justification on anyone's part.
I'm pretty sure this isn't the first time you've been told this, tho; I seem to recall Erika saying sometihng very similar way back on Page 1.
This isn't a dig at you, but I suspect your youth is a big part of the reason why you feel so compelled to overreact. Maybe when you're a bit older, you'll look at things a bit differently.

If you don't want people cutting down Britney, then don't shove these posts in our faces. Keep your Britney posts on a Britney forum. We will gladly accept the fact that you like Britney Spears and that you are a big fan of hers. Stop the Britney posts and get on with the Disney discussions... it should have become apparent to you by now that nobody cares. We don't care about what Britney did, or how many Britney concerts you've been to. If there were more people who liked her on this board, than that would be fine... but there isn't, so again, keep your Britney posts on the Britney forums.
