Okay, here's a confirm from WDI... Global Neighborhood is indeed being replaced by a stripped down Time Racers. Time Racers, for those who don't know, is nothing more then a simulator now. It was going to be a "Spiderman-ish type attraction, but, we're only getting the simulator. That is what is replacing Global Neighborhood.

One could be made the size of a simulator pod. Hmm.... if it is a simulator ride, then wouldn't the building behind Spaceship Earth need expansion? Unless it was Cyberspace Mountain sized....
