Ok so I have a problem here. I already have sent a notification for help at the official disney give a day get a day website but I want some immediate response. Anyways I have volunteered and received the email that says I can print my voucher. After some months, while checking the same volunteer website every few weeks, I find that the accounts on the disney give a day get a day website have shut down and the links on the "print your voucher!" email have failed or cannot connect. is there any other way to print your voucher? And sorry if I have posted in the wrong place, I'm a noob here. thanks in advance.

Don't despair! All is not lost.
I got an email from Disney about 4 to 6 weeks ago telling me that the "Give A Day, Get A Day" website would be shut down and to go ahead and print my vouchers. The email also said, if I did not print my vouchers, there would still be a way to get to them - I believe it was a separate link and/ or a phone number to contact.
Now, I went ahead and printed my vouchers, so I do not have that email any more (but I'll search my email box just in case!) BUT I'm 100% certain that if you can get the right person on the phone, you'll be able to get your voucher.
Anyone have any ideas of which number the OP should call?

Oh thank you so much for replying back! So I checked my email again and was really wondering where it would be. I actually managed to find it in the massive spam box. My bad. But for taking the time to reply I really give you my thanks. ^^ I was spazzing when I found my account was gone. I hope to see more cool stuff here at this forum place.
The volunteering did but not the voucher redemption. There was only the date Dec. 15, 2010 for the end of the whole Give a day thing.
