Yeah, I'm just not seeing how this incident qualifies as a vast indictment of Orlando's quality of life. This really strikes me as the kind of thing that could happen on any street in America.

If you go to the National $ex Offendor's Registry and type in your address, odds are you'll find a good many perverts who live and work around you...and those are just the ones that have been convicted. It's hardly an Orlando-centric phenomenon.

I agree. We have a small town here in MA that years ago had a "date rape" incident at the high school, Because of the small population this town ended up with one on the highest $ex crime rates in the state.

Caution needs to be used when looking at Per Capita rates.
