Gideon's Bakehouse coming to Disney Springs

Photo update as of Friday, December 18, 2020. Great photos by @Nunu above. Since Wednesday, a new character was added to the corner roof....a gargoyle. IMO, the exterior, with its black highlights, has a rather Gothic appearance, in a good way.

As someone who has worked in food, mainly bakeries, for over 30 years, this "decor" is horrifying. Dust and flour is going to get everywhere and it's going to be impossible to keep properly clean. What a nightmare for those employees.
