It depends. You have George at the PotC, Caracel of Progress and the CM crushed, Old man w/cane at the HM, Little Boy on the HM, and the Small World in '99 with the hanging. also the you tube video of the top 5 Disney ghost sightings. The maintence operator doing a test run and a flash of a spector or two show up. Space mountain ghost who rides next to a single rider, castle figure from a fireworks show, the Ghost Rocks man in the meet and greet at DL Snow white falls, finally the DL HM, has a figure on the security cameras that walks from the HM and across the RoA.

Umm...that "room" would be the conveyor belt/unload area to get off the ride...

You know, this is one thing about Disneyland that I wouldn't discredit entirely...I dunno if it's true...but if his ghost isn't there...I do feel like his spirit is. I really do. There is something about Disneyland that makes it spiritually different from MK. That's just my personal experience.

The CoP one was actually at America Sings at DL which used the same rotating theater.

Many CMs won't go near the theater in the France Pavilion at Epcot because something in there makes them feel uneasy.

But I've personally witnessed a black mass that passed me while sitting on a bench outside of the restrooms beside the Morocco Pavilion when no one else was in the area.

I don't buy it myself, but many of the people who work at Mission: Space believe in a Ghost of Bay 3 (who sometimes haunts the other bays).

I have heard several stories from Splash Mountain about the ghost of the man who was killed on it.
Someone wrote a book about Disney ghost stories a couple years ago, I think it's called "Death in the Tragic Kingdom."
