Pam has just booked us a room for Jan 2007 at the Yacht Club on the concierge floor and needless to say we are very excited. My question is:
I would like to know how to best make use of the concierge services. I have been doing a little reading and am still not clear on just exactly what we might ask from our concierge before or during our stay. Knowing the quality of "magical" service provided by CM's, I am assuming that they enjoy helping us as much as possible. So, if we know how they can help us it will make it more fun for us and more fun for them to have us as guests.
For example, I typically make all my priority seatings in advance. Which is great but a little confining at times. It would be great to know that we can wait and make all our priority seatings once we are there, giving us the flexibility to wake up each day and then decide where we want to go and where we want to eat.
Anyway, I would appreciate any and all information from guests and particularly CM's who might help us learn what we can request and expect from concierge service at the Yacht Club.
Thanks so much
