Getting Tables in Wonderland in a hurry

Hope this is the correct section for this question.

Because of our travel plans, we might arrive as late as 8 PM at Walt Disney World and have a 9 PM reservation at Sanaa. Now, before we go there, I would like to get a new Tables in Wonderland card (as a DVC member). On previous visits, I stopped at Epcot and picked it up there, but it was still quite a walk from the parking lot to Guest Relations. And Downtown Disney probably is a zoo anyway in the evening, so I'd rather not go there :)

As we are staying at Bay Lake Tower, I thought I might try MK guest relations. So I could pick up the TiW card while the others check-in at the hotel.

On Google Maps, I noticed there is something like a drop-off circle between the bus stops and Guest Relations at the Magic Kingdom, perhaps a taxi stand? Would it be possible to get out of the car there, if it drives off right away again? It would save at least a bit of time...

Here is a picture of the area in question, marked by the red square:

The area you marked is also for buses, no private vehicles allowed. @Nero the dog is correct, walk over from Bay Lake Tower on the marked path. It will take less than 10 minutes. However, arriving at 8 pm at Bay Lake to check in, obtain a TiW card, then drive to AKL, park, and walk to Sanaa by 9 pm is expecting a lot. You will probably be late for your reservation if you don't arrive earlier than 8 pm.

I know it's cutting it close, that's why I was hoping I could save a few minutes by not having to walk there. I'll probably take my friend's ECV to get over to Guest Relations while the others check-in at BLT. I've done Online Check-In so basically all we have to do is drop off the luggage at the bell desk.

You can be up to 15 minutes for your reservation too. That could be delay buffer

I'm getting one to next month too, is it a quick process once at guest services?

Totally depends on if there is a line and if you get helped by a fast, knowledgeable cast member. Could take five minutes, could take half an hour or more. You never know how busy guest relations may or may not be.

I want to say the Magic Kingdom has at least 5 windows for Guest Relations, although maybe I'm wrong about that. Although I do know they have a lot more compared to the 2 Guest Relations windows at the International Gateway entrance.
