Well, it's a cold, snowy day in western PA, so I popped our Disney vacation videos in the DVD player and escaped to the sunshine for awhile - anyone else? The only problem, DD also videoed all our meals and I'm getting really hungry!!

we do that all the time when we need a Disney fix. My son even LOVES to watch the vacation planning DVD that we get through the mail, he's been watching it for about a month now and we don't go down until the end of April.

We don't have any videos of our trips, but I have several Disney shows saved on my DVR; the Samantha Brown specials, the hour long specials from Travel Channel, and the sitcom episodes, such as Rosanne, Step by Step, etc.

I watch those fairly often to get my Disney fix and I just discovered something rather interesting last night (at least I found it interesting).

On the Family Matters WDW episode and on the Step by Step episode, when each group went on Tower of Terror, it was the same "bellhop" in each episode.

But I just told my wife that (who isn't nearly the WDW addict that I am) and she already knew that, even though I just noticed it this past week. So I guess you all probably knew that as well.

It's freezing up here in northern New York, so I warm up by looking at vacation photos. (I just realized how long we've been doing this, too - the kids are REEEEAAAAAAAL little in those early shots! )

Even though I'm wearing shorts today (spring has sprung here! :D), I still need my fix. I also have the Travel Channel shows on DVR and watch them a lot. In fact, my son and I have a date to watch one tonight.

I also still need to work on my vacation video from my January trip. I'm just starting to use the Avid editing program, so I'm honing my skills on the three tapes I took.

I've been trying to put together a couple of DVD's for my kids' graduation parties this year (DD's colle, and DS' high school). It seems that about 90% of our videos of theheir childhood are of our WDW vacations! It's a lot of fun to watch on a rainy day!

It is. Some of my favorite pictures of the kids are the ones we took that first year we went to WDW.

I know what you mean. Not they don't enjoy WDW now, but it's different seeing things through a child's eyes. DS even cut his first tooth there!

I'm feeling sooooo old now!
