Is it possible...just possible...that President Bush had just had those handed to him and the photo was snapped as he lifted them up before he knew the caps were in place? The point is, if a camera it turned on any one of us at the right moment, the picture can be taken out of context to mean many different thing, depending on the mind of the viewer.

I have respect for this man. At least he isn't in the news because he can't keep his pants on.
