Saw this posted on another site. Ouch. The hits keep on coming.
That’s a normal message for any ride that goes down. Plus Big Thunder Mountain is running right now.
With TBA it’s just automatically pinned to the top of MDE when you launch the App.
They don’t post a pop up on the main page every time a ride goes down. They expected it to be down much longer. Glad it’s back up and running but I’m curious why we are seeing WAY more attractions unavailable when the parks open in various parks? Maintenance, less staff to open, etc ?That’s a normal message for any ride that goes down. Plus Big Thunder Mountain is running right now.
It’s usually a maintenance issue. The staffing should be fine unless there’s massive call outs which do happen. They don’t post a pop up on the main page every time a ride goes down. It's getting to the point where they should just shutter all of Frontierland until they get their ducks in a row and then "Grand ReOpen" it at a later date. But that's admitting defeat! Plus heads would probably explode. (park guests and park management) With a supposed land refresh on the horizon, BBT stuffs and the rumored Big Thunder retrack...why not get the ball rolling? Could you imagine? And on the heels of a newly-opened, bug-riddled Tiana's Bayou Adventure. I am starting to wonder if there's something seriously wrong over there... besides brown water sewage overflows.
It’s very scary today when we even think about the shutdown of an area to “fix” it.It's getting to the point where they should just shutter all of Frontierland until they get their ducks in a row and then Grand ReOpen it!
The Tiana’s and Country Bears posters didn’t say “Frontierland” on them, and people started using that as evidence that Frontierland was going away. The PeopleMover and TRON have new posters in the railroad station breezeways.

Still is.This was up as of 2 weeks ago.
I was there 14-26 and it wasn't busy at all. Way less busy than our typical trips in early May.LOL I keep reading about Low Crowds, I dont know that I believe it. The crowds thread never discusses the crowds LOL. Is that for real or just Internet Hype about crowd levels?
Yep. When you visit the parks often you can eyeball a long line. The worst offender was Expedition Everest. Posted wait times of 40min were 10-15 tops. If that line isn't out the entrance then it's 20min at the absolute worst. The most accurate attraction in terms of wait time was Space Mountain. A posted 50 that turned into 60 while in line was actually 35-40.ah here we go with the inflated wait times again. most of these are 20 and sometimes 30min inflations this time of day
I was shocked at how much of a dump Pecos Bills was. It was the nastiest food I ate on the whole trip.Well I mean Pecos Bills is still there so
In the old days I used to always get the taco salad in the taco shell bowl, they had that great salad bar, and yes, hot cheese in that pump dispenser that I could fill (and re fill) my taco Salad. It was great!I was shocked at how much of a dump Pecos Bills was. It was the nastiest food I ate on the whole trip.

Ah, to the good ‘ol days….
I literally say this exact thing every time we are in MK and are deciding where to grab a QS meal …the bars were the best part of pecos and cosmic rays
While i don't remember eating Pecos Bills all that often, there were definitely a few trips where i did a taco trio or something of that sorts, and price wise - it was the best value I remember finding anywhere in WDW.I was shocked at how much of a dump Pecos Bills was. It was the nastiest food I ate on the whole trip.
and it felt like there was more value because of itThe fixin's bars made a mediocre QS meal feel more special.
This is huge! I was just lamenting that it’s almost impossible to tell if it’s even us or not when we go to send the photo. I actually went back into my email history to see how much they’ve degraded over time. Would be nice if the swapped out the sorta-functional guns too.
